30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.

How to Start a Return

Email cjiao837@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not ship the product back until you have received a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable service — we cannot issue a refund for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original PayPal account within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used bottles
• Bulk 100-bottle wholesale orders
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
